FebUready for Half-term at The Ranch!

The team at The Ranch is Febru-ready for Half-term!  There’s loads of brilliant stuff happening and tasty food for those who usually have free school meals.  The play sessions are from 12 – 3 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and are for ages 8 – 13.  Under 8s are really welcome but only if they’re brought by an adult who is aged 18+ and who stays with them at all times, so we can keep everyone safe.

Half-term treats in store include: Bristol’s very own ‘wildman’ Steve England leading outdoor skills on a Badock’s Wood adventure; Life Cycle UK’s biking games so do bring your bikes; The Ranch ‘All Stars’ female football team kicking off with a special guest coach from Easton Cowgirls; roaring with the Bristol Bears Community sports team; arts and crafts galore in our fab creativity room, and, of course, valentine’s cards making.  And our ‘hearts’ and huge thanks go out to all our partners and volunteers who help us to make The Ranch world go round.

Please follow our Facebook page – southmeadadventureplayground – for daily updates, times and further plans.

Do get in touch if you can volunteer at The Ranch during play sessions or at other times to help us to maintain our lovely grounds and building – all skills welcome.  Contact Alex, our Volunteer Coordinator, tel: 0117 950 3335 or email: alexbennett@southmead.org

Happy Half-term everyone and roll on spring!
