We can’t wait to see our community families in the coming school break. We’re going to have lots of winter fun with crafts, sport, games, play play play!, and, of course, a special visit from Santa.
Most importantly, if your child is registered for free school meals they will be offered a free hot meal. Ours are made by our close partners Travelling Kitchen CIC run by the brilliant Sarah and Claire.
Play and food for these sessions are supported thanks to the Department of Education’s Your Holiday Hub scheme. Children’s play centres in Bristol and across the country receive this help to make sure children closest to their own centre can attend play sessions with food.
We love welcoming Southmead’s families to our sessions and it’s fantastic to build up close relationships and get to know everyone who comes to The Ranch well. All children and families are registered with us and we can link in with our Children and Young People’s support team if extra support is needed.
If you’re from the Southmead Community we can’t wait to see you for our festive sessions, Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st December, 12-4pm. Please follow our Facebook page for daily details @SouthmeadAdventurePlayground.
