Circuit training is one of the most popular ways to exercise. It is a great way to improve stamina, strength and agility. A sure way to burn calories- participants will perform a variety of different exercises at set stations for a set period of time and move around each of these in a circuit. Stations will include upper body, lower body, core/abs and cardio exercises. Fun and varied each week this is a class to give a go and become hooked!
We are very keen to make this class a huge success with high numbers every week so please do spread the word!
