Predator Athletics, our cheerleading gym based in Southmead, is proud to announce a historic season of international success for its competitive teams – and is inviting new athletes to join their journey (see our Tryout dates below).
Two teams from Predator Athletics, Huskies and Venom, recently returned from Florida, U.S.A, where they competed at the prestigious Youth Summit and Nfinity Finals cheerleading championships. These events brought together top programmes from across the globe, with fierce competition and high-performance standards.
The Huskies, competing in the Under-12 Level 1 division at the Youth Summit on April 24th – 25th, delivered a flawless ‘hit zero’ routine – meaning no deductions for mistakes or penalties. This was the club’s debut at the Youth Summit, and the Huskies advanced to the finals, finishing 22nd out of 50 of the best youth teams in the world.
Venom, representing the Senior Level 2 division at the Nfinity Finals on May 2nd – 3rd, competed against elite teams from over 20 countries. After two days of exceptional performances, they were crowned Senior 2 Champions, securing a major international title for the club – an extraordinary achievement and a first in the club’s history.
Photos of both teams here showcase the energy, athleticism, and teamwork that define Predator Athletics.
This season’s accomplishments reflect the hard work, discipline, and talent of the athletes and coaching staff at Predator Athletics: “We’re incredibly proud of all our athletes,” said Becky from the Predator Athletics team, “These results speak to the dedication and resilience they’ve shown over the season, and we’re excited to open our doors to the next generation of athletes.”
Tryouts for the 2025–2026 season will take place from Monday 23rd July to Friday 27th July at Greenway Centre, Southmead. No prior cheer experience is needed – athletes of all backgrounds are encouraged to come along and see what the sport is all about.
