We run two very popular and fun open access session youth work sessions for young people in Southmead from 5-7pm on a Monday and Tuesday evening. We are looking for volunteers to help us run these sessions.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in exploring youth work as a career or someone who has been involved in youth work previously and is interested in getting back into the sector. You will gain valuable experience in a busy youth work setting and meet some incredible young people who inspire and challenge you every session!
You will meet young people who present various needs and you will need to work with the current team to consider ways of engaging with them, this will include helping to run activities for young people, including arts, sports, cooking and music.
