Did you come to our Winter Celebration at Greenway Centre last week? All our activity groups had a wintery or seasonal twist, and definitely a mince pie!
The Tuesday Art Group made stained glass style decorations and the Greenway Singers and Ukelele groups gave wonderfully festive performances. Bill gave a fantastic keyboard concert in the Café to get us all into the holiday spirit. We also had some extra sessions with special guests sharing their talents and expertise; Jess led a Holistic Winter Wellbeing Workshop for women, and Betty put on another popular craft session making Christmas pom-poms. The activities in Community Corner in the Café happen every day and every week of the year, so it is never too late to come and join in. There is always a cuppa and someone to chat with, or it can be just a place to sit and be warm while you listen to others. Everyone is welcome.
